Rouble Nagi Art Foundation Organises Health Camp at Jabri Village Along LoC in Karnah
The camp, backed by the Indian Army and Lilavati Hospital, offered paediatric, gynaecology, ENT and dental consultations to 180 residents of the remote border village.

Karnah, October 19: In an effort to improve access to essential healthcare services in underserved communities, the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation (RNAF), with the support of the Indian Army and Lilavati Hospital, organised a health camp today at Jabri Village, Karnah. The initiative aimed to provide accessible medical consultations and promote awareness about preventive healthcare, particularly among children, women and other members of the local community.
The health camp offered consultations with doctors specialising in paediatrics, gynaecology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), and dentistry. A total of 180 people attended the camp for medical check-ups and consultations, reflecting the community's need for accessible healthcare services.
Recognising the challenges faced by people in remote and underserved regions, particularly those living along the Line of Control, in accessing specialised medical services, RNAF undertook this initiative with the support of the Indian Army and Lilavati Hospital to bring healthcare support closer to the community. The camp reflects a collaborative effort to ensure that geographical barriers do not prevent people from accessing essential medical attention.
The availability of a paediatric specialist supported healthcare needs related to children's growth and development, while the gynaecology specialist provided consultations concerning women's reproductive health and well-being. The ENT specialist offered consultations for conditions related to the ears, nose and throat, while the dental specialist addressed oral health concerns and promoted awareness about dental hygiene.
The health camp reflects RNAF's broader commitment to holistic community development. Alongside its humanitarian efforts and community welfare initiatives, the Foundation recognises healthcare as an essential component of building healthier, stronger and more empowered communities. The support of the Indian Army and Lilavati Hospital further strengthened this initiative, helping extend essential medical services to residents of a remote region along the Line of Control.
"Access to healthcare is a fundamental part of a community's well-being. Through initiatives like this health camp, we aim to bring essential medical support closer to those who need it and help build healthier, more empowered communities," said Rouble Nagi, Founder of the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation.
The Rouble Nagi Art Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving lives through education, healthcare, women's empowerment, skill development and community development across underserved regions of India.
