LEAD Presents Its Third Annual Smarika to Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma
LEAD presents the third edition of its Smarika to Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma, briefing him on its developmental initiatives across Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
Jammu, 23 Oct 2026: LEAD (LJK Economic Growth & Development Dialogue) presented its third annual edition of Smarika to Rajya Sabha Member Sat Sharma, CA. The publication is part of LEAD's continued efforts to document and highlight key developmental issues, emerging opportunities and the socio-economic transformation of the region.
Harinder Gupta, Convenor, LEAD, presented the Smarika along with Board Members Surinder Mohan Gupta, Raman Suri, CA Rajeev Gupta and Sunil Shah. They briefed the Member of Parliament on the publication and on LEAD's ongoing initiatives across Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
The third edition brings together insights, research, developmental perspectives and key initiatives undertaken by LEAD across sectors including agriculture, entrepreneurship, tourism, education, infrastructure, livelihoods and economic development.
During the interaction, LEAD representatives highlighted the organisation's efforts to facilitate constructive dialogue among policymakers, industry, academia, entrepreneurs and civil society, with a focus on creating practical, outcome-oriented solutions for the region.
